2. RERA Intermediary Disclaimer

MarkLand Infra acts exclusively as a registered intermediary between prospective buyers and real estate developers. Accordingly:

  • All project information — including unit configurations, sizes, pricing, payment plans, RERA approval status, delivery timelines, and amenities — is provided by the respective developer and is subject to change without notice.
  • MarkLand Infra does not represent, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any project-specific information on this website or in any marketing material.
  • The display of any project on this website does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to purchase any property.
  • Any booking, purchase, or investment decision is governed solely by the Agreement to Sell / Allotment Letter executed directly between the buyer and the developer.
  • Buyers are advised to independently verify all project details — including RERA registration, approvals, title, and encumbrances — before making any commitment.

GST, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance deposits, IFMS, car parking, and other statutory levies are payable separately unless expressly stated otherwise.
